Templates for your specific website can also be purchased seperately and on top of your original website fee.
A template will enable you to be able to go into your website host and make alterations to your site in certain editable regions.
This gives you the freedom to update and alter certain parts of your website and not have to pay maintenance fees.
You will be liable to pay your hosting fees after the first year and also be responsible for the continued ownership of your Domain Name.
This will give you the full rights of the website.

Prices vary depending on the number of pages within your site but will be approximately £10-£20 per page.
