Terms and Conditions
- The services are provided by IJP Web Design of 59 Milborne Road, Maidenbower, Crawley, RH10 7LP. These terms apply to all services provided by IJP Web Design, to the exclusion of all other terms, including any put forward by you. You agree to this in requesting IJP Web Design to carry out any services for you.
- Full initial consultation is free of charge regardless of whether a Website is ordered.
- Upon instruction to proceed a non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required to secure a Domain Name and Host Site. A choice of Domain Names will be offered for you to choose from. The Website will then be designed and produced. You will be required to pay periodical renewal fees for your domain name and hosting, which may vary.
- You agree to supply all relative text and images for your Website content within an agreed timescale.
- The Website will be presented for approval in full working order via an online link within an agreed timescale.
- On approval of the preview the Website will be uploaded to the host under your chosen Domain Name.
- The site will then be published and submitted to the search engines. These will include Yahoo!, Google, MSN, and Ask Jeeves. Further more comprehensive submissions can be purchased. Please contact for details.
- Once published an invoice will be sent with payment due within 14 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay will result in removal of the Website, without prejudice to any other rights IJP Web Design has.
- Maintenance contracts are payable monthly in advance and cover services set out and in each Clients individual Maintenance Contracts. The first payment will be invoiced with the final Website invoice.
- Maintenance contracts can be cancelled at any time by the client with one months written notice. On cancellation the client will be charged yearly fees as per clause 3. This will be payable in advance from the time of cancellation.
- IJP Web Design reserve the right to cancel Maintenance contracts with two months written notice. On cancellation under this clause, full templates will be provided free of charge with required information to enable further alterations by the client.
- Maintenance contracts and yearly fees may be subject to increases with one months notice and are payable in advance.
- Non-maintained websites will be invoiced annually, and payable within 14 days, for hosting and domain costs. Non-payment will result in removal of the website, without prejudice to any other rights IJP Web Design has.
- Templates being purchased must be specified at the time of order. Failure to do so may result in the inability to purchase the templates.
- Advertised discounts only apply to set packages.
- Discounts also available for Registered Charities.
- All payments to be made by cash, cheque or debit/credit card (via PayPal - 3% fee applies) and must be made in Pounds Sterling.
- IJP Web Design will not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise:
- For any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of profits, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or data;
- For any other loss or damage, in an amount exceeding the amount received by IJP Web Design in payment for the services that it has provided to you;
- Provided that nothing in this agreement limits a party’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud. You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate back-up copies of all material submitted to IJP Web Design and to the website, and that you have taken all appropriate measures to protect your own system from any harmful element such as viruses, as IJP Web Design excludes all liability in this respect. No person other than a party to this agreement will have any right to enforce it.

All Websites designed by IJP Web Design may not be reproduced without written consent. All text and images provided by the client for use on the Website must have the necessary permission and authority for use. Any client failing to do so must indemnify IJP Web Design in respect of any costs arising from a breach.

In the event of the client not being satisfied with the Website a full refund may be given with the exception of expenses already incurred for example Domain purchase and hosting costs, provided that you notify IJP Web Design of such dissatisfaction within one month of delivery of the website and give IJP Web Design the opportunity to correct all problems.

IJP Web Design will perform its services with reasonable skill and care. All other warranties, conditions and other terms (whether written or oral and whether express or implied) are excluded. This agreement is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the services to be provided by IJP Web Design.

IJP Web Design will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any event beyond its control including severe weather, natural disaster, war, terrorism, inability to obtain supplies or telecommunications failure.

This agreement is governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
